Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

• The product is lost, flawed or wrong during delivery.
• Within 7 days after receiving the order, the return request is made.
• The product has not been used, worn or ripped off its packaging bags.
• Products exhibiting wear and tear, or which have undergone modification following the delivery can not be returned.

Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be refunded such as:

• Custom jewellery or personalized jewellery.
• Gift cards
• Products that have been bought at special sale or clearances.

Return Process
To initiate a return:

• Get in touch with our customer support on the Support or the Contact Us page.
• Give your order number and cause of return.
• Our team will look over your request and give the instruction on the process of returning it.

Unauthorized returns will not be received.

Refund Policy
After the delivery and check of the returned product, we will inform you regarding the confirmation of your refund.

• Refunds once approved will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• The refund option will be given back to the mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

Shipping Charges
The cost of shipping is non-refundable, unless there is a reason to give it back because of a damaged or wrong product.

• Customers can take the responsibility of the cost of returning shipment, based on the cause of the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Once verified by our team, the exchanged or replacement product will be delivered within 5–7 working days.
